INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS REGARDING

WUHAN NOVEL CORONAVIRUS INFECTION

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, please do not attend the surgery if you have a respiratory illness, cough, fever (temperature) or any loss of taste/smell. If you have already booked an appointment here at the surgery for another reason and then develop any of these symptoms please call reception to convert your appointment to a telephone consultation.

If you are calling for a routine appointment, prescription query (not requests), test results, registration advice or any other query then please call after 9am as we prioritise urgent calls from 8am. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
