Practice Administrator

30 hours per week (4 days)  — day off Thursday
£18,768 FTE pro rata

St Paul’s Surgery is looking to recruit (due to retirement) a capable, enthusiastic and committed Administrative Assistant.

We are a busy city centre GP surgery with 12 GP Partners managing a patient list of over 20,000. We offer a great working environment within our purpose built surgery. You would be joining our friendly Admin Team. This is a varied role and will include patient registration processes, online patient access requests and queries, medical report requests, some patient recalls, stationery ordering and incoming document management, and other admin tasks requested by the GPs.

Experience of working with the NHS would be an advantage, but is not essential.
