Patient Navigator (Receptionist) Vacancy
30 hours per week (4 days), permanent contract
£9.55 per hour (£18,672 FTE pro rata) + NHS Pension
We are looking for a capable, enthusiastic and committed Patient Navigator (Receptionist) to join our friendly reputable growing practice. The role will include answering phones, signposting patients to the right service/appointment, booking appointments, manning front desk, scanning, prescriptions and other administrative tasks requested by the GP’s.
Person specification requires
• NHS experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
• EMIS Web clinical IT system experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Good customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Efficient and hardworking
• Supportive team player
