We are very interested in your views and opinions which is why we have formed a Patient Reference Group. From time to time (at least annually) we survey our patients in order to find ways to improve our service and so that we can compare satisfaction rates year on year. This group is virtual so that we catch the views from a wide patient demographic. We currently have over 700 subscribers.
