Dial A Ride Winchester

Anyone with a mobility or sensory impairment, meaning that you cannot use or have discomfort in using public transport like a bus or taxi is welcome to use our service, you do not have to be registered disabled or a wheelchair user to be eligible, maybe you just struggle climbing the steps onto buses. The Dial-a-Ride service is funded by Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council. It is operated by Community First.

Winchester Community Link operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm from Winchester Discovery Centre and provides specialist support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to access community based activities.
