Comments and Complaints
The Practice Manager is responsible for dealing with any formal complaints and we operate a practice based complaints system in line with Department of Health guidelines. CLICK HERE to download the practice complaints procedure or, alternatively, can be obtained from Reception staff.
Please note that all formal complaints must be made in writing to the Practice Manager.
