We would like to inform you that the eligibility criteria for this year’s Autumn COVID-19 and Seasonal Influenza vaccination programme have now been confirmed. Please note that these cohorts differ slightly from previous years, and vaccinations will take place at a new location.

Cancel an Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment please let us know in plenty of time to assign your appointment time to another patient.

If you are registered for online services (the NHSApp or Patient Access online) then you cancel the appointment via these routes. Simply log in to the online portal and visit the appointments section.

If you are not registered for online services then you can either phone reception on 01962 853599 or you can cancel via SMS text if you have received an appointment reminder SMS text message from us.
